§ 34.20  RANKS.
   The following specialized ranks may be appointed by the Chief of Police for the full time patrol officer: a juvenile officer, detectives, one evidence technician, and one breath-o-lyzer technician. These appointees shall serve at the discretion of the Chief of Police.
