§ 34.18  RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Rules and regulations for the operation of the Police Department shall be passed by the Board of Trustees and approved by the Mayor of the village.
   (B)   Each police officer shall be furnished with a copy of the rules and regulations, and a copy shall be filed with the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners.
   (C)   Each police officer shall also be furnished with a copy of the rules and regulations adopted by the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners, and a copy of the rules and regulations shall be on file with the Chief of Police and the Clerk of the village as and when adopted by the Board.
