The Calumet Park Police Department shall charge the owner of the firearm $100 for each weapon and $10 per 50 rounds of ammunition over 100 rounds as safe storage fees. These fees are specifically designated for use by the Calumet Park Police Department and shall be deposited into the Calumet Park Police Department Evidence Fund. Court ordered mandates for safe keeping of firearms and ammunition are specifically excluded from this section.
