The penalty clause contained in § 10.99 of the Village of Calumet Park Municipal Code is adopted herein by reference. Nothing herein shall prevent the Village of Calumet Park from taking such other lawful action in any court of competent jurisdiction as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violation or non-compliance. Such other lawful actions shall include, but are not limited to, an action for injunctive relief. All remedies and penalties provided for in this section shall be cumulative, and the Village of Calumet Park is authorized to pursue all remedies to the fullest extent provided by law.
