(A) There is hereby created the Office of Field Superintendent, the Field Superintendent to be appointed by the President of the Board of Trustees by and with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees.
(B) The Field Superintendent shall be responsible for and in charge of all operations of the Water Department and the Departments of Garbage, Streets and Alleys and shall be responsible to the President and Board of Trustees for the operation of these departments.
(C) The Field Superintendent shall receive a salary or compensation at the rate of $350 per month, 50% to be charged to the Water Department and 50% to the Departments of Garbage, Streets and Alleys.
