The Chief of the Calumet Park Fire Department shall be responsible for the collection of any charges due pursuant to the preceding sections and may take such actions as he deems necessary to collect such charges, as well as all reasonable costs and attorney's fees necessary for the collection of such charges. All monies collected by the Chief of the Calumet Park Fire Department pursuant to this section shall be delivered to the Village Treasurer within seven days of receipt.
