(A) Inspection fees.
(1) Apartment units: $50 each.
(2) Rental homes: $50 each.
(3) Rental garage: $50 each.
(4) Rental business: $50 each.
(5) Hotel/motel: $50 each.
(B) These fees shall be for the initial inspection and one follow-up inspection.
(C) If more inspections are required, and additional inspection fee of half of the original fee shall be added, per inspection.
(D) All fees shall be paid before a certificate shall be issued.
(E) All inspections shall be conducted during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
(F) Inspections that are needed outside regular business hours shall require an additional inspection fee of one and a half times the original fee, which must be paid before a certificate shall be issued.
(G) All funds shall be made payable to the Village of Calumet Park.
