§ 159.04  REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATE.
   Certificates of Inspection shall be revoked at any time if a problem occurs and it is not satisfactorily corrected within a reasonable amount of time. Usually 30 days.
   (A)   The Fire Chief shall make this determination.
   (B)   If violation is still not corrected, the Fire Chief shall revoke the certificate and issue a written citation for not less than $75 and not more than $750. Each day that this violation exists shall be considered a separate violation.
