(A) Inspections shall be done at least once in a twelve-month period and issued a certificate of inspection, which will expire 12 months after issue. This shall be issued from the Fire Department. All
fees must be paid before this certificate shall be issued.
(B) Inspections for the following shall be done every 12 months or after and before tenants occupy the rental units.
(1) All apartment dwellings.
(2) All rental homes.
(3) All business units.
(4) All garage units..
