§ 119.08  CRIME-FREE LEASE ADDENDUM.
   Every lease or other agreement for rental or lease of any residential property, including extensions, shall contain a "Crime-Free Lease Addendum." The "Crime-Free Lease Addendum" shall be in substantially the form set out in Appendix A to this chapter.
