§ 112.39  SOLICITATION PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any licensee, his or her manager, or any other person in charge of licensed premises where alcoholic liquor is offered for sale for consumption on the premises to engage, employ, or permit any female to solicit for reward or compensation any patron or customer thereof to purchase alcoholic or non-alcoholic liquor for her, himself or any person therein, however, that nothing herein contained shall prohibit any adult manageress or waitress or female bartender who shall be regularly employed herein from accepting and serving the order of a patron or customer in the regular course of his or her employment as such manageress or waitress or female bartender.
