All premises used for the sale at retail of alcoholic liquor shall be maintained in a clean and sightly manner and shall be equipped and maintained with running hot and cold water and adequate sanitary washing facilities for the cleaning of glasses and service items and shall be supplied adequately with toilet facilities for both males and females. Such premises shall otherwise conform to all applicable Building and Zoning Codes of the village.
