§ 152.09  COSTS AND FEES.
   (A)   Under the village's Building Code and Residential Code, a fee for each new construction, plan review, building permit, room additions and inspection shall be paid in accordance with the following:

Cost of third-party plan review plus 10% for administrative costs.

Each fee covers one inspection.
Re-inspection
 
      Additional residential inspections that are performed by Calumet Park personnel will cost $40.00 per inspection. Any additional commercial inspections that cannot be performed by Calumet Park personnel will cost $40.00 per inspection. These fees shall be annually indexed by the Village Treasurer to the Illinois Municipal League's Municipal Price Index (MPI), using 2008 as the base value of the MPI, with any such adjustment being calculated as of the start of the calendar year and rounded to the nearest five dollar ($5) amount.
 
 
   (B)   Under the village's Electrical Code, the fees shall be covered within the building permit fee division (A) of this section. No permit as required by this Code shall be issued until the fee prescribed in this section shall have been paid. Nor shall an amendment to any permit be approved until the additional fee, if any, shall have been paid.
   (C)   Under the village's Plumbing Code, the permit fees for all plumbing work shall be covered within the building permit fee division (A) of this section with additional fees as indicated in the following schedule. These additional fees shall be annually indexed by the Village Treasurer to the Illinois Municipal League's Municipal Price Index (MPI), using 2008 as the base value of the MPI, with any such adjustment being calculated as of the start of the calendar year and rounded to the nearest five dollar ($5) amount. No permit as required by this Code shall be issued until the fee prescribed in this section shall have been paid. Nor shall an amendment to any permit be approved until the additional fee, if any, shall have been paid.
