(A) This section shall apply to the term of office of all officials of the Village of Calumet Park required to be appointed by and with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees under the statutes of the State of Illinois or the ordinance of the Village of Calumet Park.
(B) On and after the effective date of this section, the term of office of all officials appointed within the scope of this section shall expire at the end of the current fiscal year or until his or her successor has been duly appointed and qualified for the office.
(C) On the effective date of this section, the term of office of all officials previously appointed by the Mayor, without the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees where the advice and consent is required by statute or ordinance, shall terminate.
