(A) Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter to the contrary, any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be fined pursuant to § 10.99 for each offense. Each day on which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
(B) A violation of the provisions of this chapter by an employee or agent of the licensee shall be imputed to the licensee and shall be considered the act of the licensee for which the license issued may be suspended or revoked as provided by this section.
