§ 120.06  LATE FEES AND PAYMENTS.
   All fees due and payments that are past due shall be governed by ordinances adopted by this municipality pursuant to the Local Government Taxpayer's Bill of Rights Act (ILCS Ch. 50, Act 45, §§ 1 et seq.).
