§ 96.53  VIOLATION.
   Any person, firm or corporation violating or failing to comply with any provision of this subchapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined pursuant to § 10.99 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each occasion upon which a violation occurs.
