§ 33.50  TESTING.
   In order to insure a safe and healthful working environment, job applicants and employees may be asked to provide body substance samples, such as urine or blood, to determine the presence of illicit or illegal use of drugs, or the use of alcohol. The refusal to submit to such a test may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
