§ 33.45  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ALCOHOL. Includes any alcoholic beverage, including, but not limited to beer, wine, whiskey, vodka, gin, scotch, or any other substance containing ethyl alcohol, in any form, which is designed by a manufacturer for human consumption. Further, for purposes of this subchapter, ALCOHOL shall be deemed to include any other form of alcohol, including, but not limited to methyl alcohol, butyl alcohol, or any other chemical derivative thereof which contains alcohol, whether or not designed for human consumption.
   CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. Any substance which is not legally obtainable, or which is legally obtainable, but is being used in a manner different than prescribed by a physician, licensed to practice medicine in the State of Illinois, or any substance that is legally obtainable, but has not been legally obtained. CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE shall also mean any substance, the use, possession, or distribution of which are unlawful under the Controlled Substance's Act, which include illegal drugs, as well as the illegal use of prescription drugs.
