§ 155.07  PERMITTING CLOSED SYSTEM WATER-COOLED AIR CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT ONLY IN NEW CONSTRUCTION AND REMODELED STRUCTURES.
   In all new construction and in all repair and/or replacement of structures wherein air conditioning equipment and/or devices are to be located, only closed system water cooled air conditioning equipment shall be allowed.
