§ 155.02  "FOR SALE" AND "SOLD" SIGNS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person licensed by the State of Illinois or by any of its governmental subsections as "real estate brokers" to construct, place, maintain or install a "for sale" sign, "sold" sign or "for lease" sign of any shape, size or form on the premises located in the Village of Calumet Park and vacant.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any owner, manager, or agent of any land located within the Village of Calumet Park and which is vacant to construct, place, maintain or install a "for sale" sign or "sold" sign or "for lease" sign.
   (C)   For purposes of this section and the signs mentioned above, those signs are hereby defined to mean any structure, and all parts composing the same, together with the frame, background or supports therefor which are used for advertising or display purposes or any statuary, sculpture, molding or casing used for advertising or display purposes, any flags, bunting or material used for display purposes or advertising purposes, including, but not limited to placards, cards, structures or areas carrying the following or similar words: "For Sale", "For Lease", "Sold", "Will Build to Suit".
