(A) Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter, shall, except as otherwise provided, be fined pursuant to § 10.99.
(B) Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense. The village may, in addition to other remedies provided in this chapter, bring an action for an injunction to restrain such violation, or to enjoin the operation of any such mobile home park.
