§ 153.13  ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW ACT.
   The "Administrative Review Act", ILCS Ch. 735, Act 5, §§ 3-101 et seq., and all amendments and modifications thereof, shall apply to and govern all proceedings for judicial review of final administrative decisions of the village hereunder.
