(A) When mobile home park kitchens, dining rooms, laundries or other facilities are provided, such facilities and equipment as are supplied must be maintained in a sanitary condition and kept in good repair, in accordance with all applicable legal requirements.
(B) All buildings constructed or altered and all plumbing, electrical and heating installations shall be in accordance with existing village requirements and other applicable legal requirements.
