Payment of the final compensation adjudged, including any balance remaining due because of the insufficiency of any deposit made under § 31.065 above to satisfy in full the amount finally adjudged to be just compensation, may be made in all cases to the County Treasurer, who shall receive and disburse the same subject to order of court as provided in § 31.083(A) above, or payment may be made to the party entitled, his or her or their conservator or guardian.
