§ 131.19  VIOLATIONS.
   Any juvenile violators violating the provisions of this subchapter shall be admonished by the proper police authorities of the village, or at the discretion of the police authorities a petition designating a minor in need of supervision may be filed in the Cook County Juvenile Court in the case of repeated violations.
