§ 130.04  DAMAGE TO LIBRARY GROUNDS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to commit injury upon or otherwise damage the library building or grounds or other property pertaining to the Library in the Village of Calumet Park, County of Cook and State of Illinois.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to injure, damage, deface or destroy any book or books belonging to the library.
