§ 117.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation guilty of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined pursuant to § 10.99 for each offense.
   (B)   A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
