§ 117.13  REVOCATION.
   The Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Calumet Park shall have the authority to revoke or suspend a business license issued hereunder when it finds after due notice and hearing that:
   (A)   The flea market operation is being conducted in violation of this chapter or any other ordinance of the Village of Calumet Park or of the laws of the State of Illinois; or
   (B)   The flea market operation is operating so as to constitute a nuisance to the community.
