§ 117.06  FLEA MARKET OPERATOR.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of every flea market operator to see that all vendors using the flea market operation are advised of all provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   The flea market operator may fully discharge its responsibility under this section by serving a copy of this chapter on each flea market vendor.
