§ 31.072  CONSTRUCTION OF ORDINANCE.
   The right to take possession and title prior to the final judgment as prescribed in §§ 31.063 through 31.071 above shall be in addition to any other right, power or authority otherwise conferred by law, and shall not be construed as abrogating, limiting or modifying any such other right, power or authority.
