§ 116.09 FOOD-SERVICE ESTABLISHMENTS OUTSIDE JURISDICTION OF THE AUTHORITY.

   (A)   Food from food service establishments outside the jurisdiction of the Health Authority of the Village of Calumet Park, State of Illinois, may be sold within the Village of Calumet Park, State of Illinois, if the food-service establishments conform to the provisions of this subchapter, or to substantially equivalent provisions.

   (B)   To determine the extent of compliance with the provisions, the Health Officer may accept reports from responsible authorities in other jurisdictions where the food-service establishments are located.
