§ 116.05  INSPECTION RECORDS.
   (A)   Whenever the Health Officer makes an inspection he or she shall record his or her findings on an inspection report form provided for this purpose, and shall furnish a copy of the inspection report form to the permit holder or operator.
   (B)   The current inspection report shall be posed in a conspicuous place in the establishment.
