In addition to those provisions set forth in the Village of Calumet Park code of ordinances for food sanitation, this section hereby adopts, by reference, the provisions set forth in the State of Illinois, Department of Public Health, Rules and Regulations for Food Service Sanitation, and the provisions set forth in the State of Illinois, Department of Public Health, Rules and Regulations for Retail Food Store Sanitation, and any subsequent amendments or revisions thereto, three certified copies of each shall be on file in the office of the Village Clerk.
