(A) No individual, corporation or any other entity may operate a tattoo parlor or engage in any form of tattooing as part of a commercial enterprise within the Village of Calumet Park or within the distance of one mile beyond the municipal limits of the Village of Calumet Park.
(B) Notwithstanding the preceding, any physician, osteopath or dentist may engage in tattoo operations for any legitimate medical purpose.
