§ 114.01  COIN-OPERATED AMUSEMENT PARLORS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, partnership, corporation, association or club to permit any non-coin operated amusement device to be used in any establishment within the Village of Calumet Park before 10:00 a.m.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, the term NON-COIN OPERATED AMUSEMENT DEVICE shall mean and include any mechanical or electronic amusement machine or device, the operation of which is not governed by the deposit or payment of a coin or token, including without being limited thereto, any machine or device capable of producing or reproducing any vocal or instrumental sounds for the purpose of amusement or skill.
   (C)   Non-coin operated devices shall not be operated or permitted to be used in any manner so as to violate the laws of the Village of Calumet Park or the State of Illinois.
