§ 113.03  DUTY OF OWNER TO PLACE SIGNS.
   It shall be the duty of the owner of a hotel/motel to provide and place printed signs in which the words
      YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RENT A ROOM
shall appear in a conspicuous place near the entrance of the hotel/motel.
