§ 111.03  CONSTRUCTION; AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE STATIONS; REQUIREMENTS.
   No permit for the construction of an automotive service station shall be issued unless the rear portion of the property upon which the automotive service station is to be constructed is adjacent to a public alley.
