§ 96.10  LICENSED AND BONDED CONTRACTORS.
   All contractors performing repairs identified  in the point of sale inspection, or issuing  certifications shall be licensed by the village and bonded and shall make available, upon request, copies of their license(s), verification of their liability insurance, errors and omissions insurance policies and surety bond.
