§ 96.05  UNINSPECTED PROPERTY; TRANSFER STAMPS.
   In the event the owner or occupant refuses to consent to an inspection, and the village does not seek a warrant (or if the Court refuses an application for the warrant), the village shall issue transfer stamps pursuant to Ord. 94-640 and advise the purchaser of the property that it is uninspected property.
