§ 96.01  NOTICE OF TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY REQUIRED.
   Whenever an owner of real property in the village proposes to engage in a transfer of real property in the village the owner shall provide the village with a notice of transfer (notice) for the property, on a form provided by the village.
