(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating or failing to comply with any provision of §§ 95.01 through 95.11 shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined pursuant to § 10.99. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(C) Any person, firm or corporation who violates the provisions of § 95.25 shall be subject to a fine pursuant to § 10.99 for each separate offense. Each day an offense is committed shall constitute a separate offense.
