§ 95.10  RESPONSIBILITY OF VILLAGE.
   Neither the Village of Calumet Park nor any of its officials, officers or representatives shall be responsible for the functioning or malfunctioning of any alarm system, nor shall the Village of Calumet Park nor any of its officials, officers or representatives, be responsible for the failure of the Police Department to respond to any alarm.
