(A) A certain Code entitled International Fire Code of 2018, together with all the amendments thereto, is hereby adopted as the Fire Code of the Village of Calumet Park, and made a part of this chapter the same as though said Code was specifically set forth in full in this section.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate a provision of this Code or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof, shall be liable for a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $750. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
