(A) That no person, firm, corporation or other entity shall install, place, maintain or construct any structure that encroaches upon the State of Illinois right-of-way on the above referenced project within the limits of the Village of Calumet Park.
(B) The Village Clerk of the Village of Calumet Park is hereby authorized and directed to attach a copy of this section to the agreement dated January 28, 1993, by and between the State of Illinois and the Village of Calumet Park relative to the improvement of the intersection of Vermont Street and Ashland Avenue.
