§ 91.99  PENALTY.
   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a municipal infraction or misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine pursuant to § 10.99. If a violation continues, each day’s violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
