(A) When the Village of Calumet Park has effected the removal of the obnoxious growth or has paid for its removal, the cost thereof plus accrued interest at the rate of 6% per annum from the date of the completion of the work, if not paid by the owner prior thereto, shall be charged to the owner of the property.
(B) The costs shall be as follows:
For each 30-foot lot, or part thereof, which because of the nature and extent of the weed growth must be cut by tractor | $125 |
For the 30-foot lot, or part thereof, cut by manually operated mower | $135 |
