(A) The provider is required to obtain a license for a dumpster in excess of one cubic yard.
(B) A dumpster license is issued when a dumpster is placed on public or private property.
(C) Application for the license shall be made by the provider on a form provided by the village prior to the dumpster being placed on private property.
(D) A license fee shall be paid at the time of making application. The license fee shall be $100 per dumpster.
