§ 52.45  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DUMPSTER or ROLL-OFF DUMPSTER.  Any container used for the storage, collection or removal of construction debris, demolition debris or other discarded material but shall not include a refuse compactor or grease container.
   PROVIDER.  The person who leases or otherwise provides a dumpster for temporary use at the location requested.
