§ 52.11  SPECIAL PICKUPS.
   Special pickups to be made out of the designated week shall require the payment of a fee not to exceed the following: $15 per cubic yard for building materials or such other amount as may be designated by the Public Works Superintendent, not exceeding $15 per cubic yard.
